2. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a credit application or inquiry does not guarantee approval for financing or leasing. Approval is determined solely by the reviewing financial institutions, lenders, and banks according to their independent credit requirements.

Any pricing, payment estimates, or terms discussed prior to running your credit are based on preliminary information and are not final. Additionally, if your credit is approved based on an agreed-upon structure and you later choose to change the vehicle, trim, mileage allowance, down payment amount, or lease/finance terms, the deal structure — including payments, rates, and approval conditions — may also change.

• Retain your application documents whether or not you are approved

You acknowledge that One Stop Auto Leasing & Sales partners with licensed dealerships, lenders, and financial institutions to obtain credit approvals and program options on your behalf. These partners may perform their own credit checks, underwriting, and verification processes.

6. Communication Consent
