Seller must disclose all known accidents, structural damage, frame damage, salvage history, branded title history, major repairs, warning lights, odometer concerns, payoff issues, prior tuning, emissions modifications, emissions tampering, or any other material vehicle history. Any number, offer, estimate, or agreement from One Stop Auto Leasing & Sales is based on the information provided by the seller and is subject to final inspection and verification.
If undisclosed accidents, frame damage, structural damage, branded title history, mileage discrepancies, major mechanical issues, prior tuning, emissions tampering, or other material issues are discovered after One Stop Auto Leasing & Sales agrees to a number, the offer may be void, cancelled, adjusted, or rolled back at One Stop Auto Leasing & Sales' discretion. One Stop Auto Leasing & Sales reserves the right to cancel the deal in whole.
Most offers are valid for 7 days. After 7 days, the vehicle must be reviewed and re-valued based on current market conditions, mileage, condition, payoff, and availability.
Once numbers are agreed upon, all required paperwork will be made available. Payment or check issuance to the customer may take 1–3 business days after all paperwork, title/payoff requirements, vehicle inspection, and deal verification are completed.
One Stop Auto Leasing & Sales will review the information submitted. Final offer, purchase terms, pickup, payoff handling, and acceptance are subject to vehicle condition, title status, market value, lender/payoff details, and in-person verification.
