I understand that any value, estimate, or written offer from One Stop Auto Leasing & Sales, Inc. is subject to physical vehicle inspection, vehicle-history review, title and payoff verification, market conditions, and final approval. Any written offer is valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date it is issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, One Stop Auto Leasing & Sales, Inc. may revise, withdraw, or cancel an offer at any time after final inspection and before the purchase transaction is completed if the vehicle’s actual condition, mileage, history, title, payoff, equipment, modifications, or other material facts differ from the information submitted or if another material issue is discovered during verification.
